Having to unwind after hours of nursing lab-prep readings, I chose to listen to Elton John. I probably would have picked someone else but when I pulled up iTunes he was there and he looked pretty happy. So that’s that. Thank you Sir John.
Specifically listening to “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” and I feel like it’s really speaking to me and where I’m at right now in my school career. Please, nursing program, don’t go breaking my heart. Right from the start, I gave you my heart. It’s basically like selling your soul to the devil. Except the devil is an education on how to best care for patients/clients.
